ArtificialAcca is operated by Stockulate Ltd (“we”), the controller of your personal data. Contact: business@stockulate.com.

What we collect

• Account data: your email address and a hashed password, plus the time you confirmed you are 18 or over.
• Content you create: the accas you save and the settings used to generate them.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser information and error logs, used to keep the service secure and working.

Why we use it

• To provide your account and the generator (performance of our contract with you).
• To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and enforce daily limits (legitimate interests).
• To meet legal obligations, including age restrictions on gambling-related content.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Cookies

We use only the essential cookies needed to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Who we share it with

Service providers that process data on our behalf: Supabase (authentication and database) and our hosting provider. They may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and saved accas until you delete them or ask us to close your account. Security logs are kept for a limited period.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, and object to processing. Email business@stockulate.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Children

ArtificialAcca is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger.

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date above.
